Eligibility
The scheme is only open to permanent employees paid through the Board payroll.
You are eligible if you meet all the criteria below:
- You are paid by the Board through the Board payroll; and
- You are a substantive employee with a minimum of 6 months service on the order closure date and you intend to remain with the Board for the full length of the repayment period i.e. for either the next 2 or 3 years; and
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will be paid above National Living Wage after you have sacrificed your salary
You are NOT eligible if:
- You are a bank-only employee (i.e. someone who only works on the bank and does not have a permanent post as well); OR
- You are below 18 years old
- Your order would take your hourly salary below the National Living Wage
Limits
Spend must not take you below the National Living Wage.
Delivery Timetable
- After the order window is closed the Board will approve all of the orders.
- Orders will be delivered 7-10 days after your orders have been approved.
- Please note that due to the current Covid-19 and Brexit issues some items may be delayed.
