What is a salary saving programme?
An agreement to reduce your gross entitlement to cash pay in exchange for a non-cash benefit — in this case a holiday package (travel and accommodation). You save approx. 20% by NOT paying National Insurance and your NHS Employee Pension contributions and by not using credit arrangements or Credit Cards.
