Eligibility

The scheme is only available to permanent employees that are paid through the Trust payroll.

You are eligible if you meet all the criteria below:

  • You are paid by the Trust through the Trust payroll; and
  • You are a substantive employee with a minimum of 6 months service, and you intend to remain employed by the Trust for the full length of the benefit period i.e. for either the next 2 years; and
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are paid above National Minimum Wage after you have reduced your salary for this Employee Benefit.
  • Please be aware, if you are on a fixed term contract that ends before the benefit period ends, or you leave the employment of the Trust for any reason whatsoever, the full amount outstanding will become payable from your final net salary.

You are NOT eligible if:

  • You are a bank-only employee (i.e. someone who only works on the bank and does not have a permanent post as well); OR
  • You are below 18 years old
  • Your order would take your hourly salary below the National Minimum Wage

 

Limits

  • You are not allowed to go below National Minimum Wage.
  • You cannot spend more than £3,000.00 on technology items.
  • Your salary will be reduced for 24 pay periods.

Delivery Timetable

  • Your order will be reviewed for eligibility by your Trust a few days after being placed. We will then notify you by email if you have been approved or declined for this employee benefit.
  • In most cases, products will be delivered 7-10 days after your orders have been approved.
  • Salary Reductions will be applied to you the pay period after your items have  been delivered to you at home.
