We are very pleased to offer you the ability to book a holiday through Hays Travel, the UKs largest independent travel agency. They have been booking holidays for customers across the UK for over 30 years.
What is a salary sacrifice programme?
A salary sacrifice arrangement is an agreement to reduce your entitlement to cash pay, and in return receive a non-cash benefit, in this circumstance a holiday package (travel and accommodation).
Booking a holiday through this programme means you will have your salary reduced over 12 equal instalments.
The Holiday programme is available to permanent employees.
Eligible employees are permanent employees and employees on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months prior to being able to enter this benefit and you intend to remain with your Employer for the full length of the benefit period.
You are eligible for a salary sacrifice benefit if you meet all the criteria below:
You are paid by the Employer through the Employer PAYE payroll; and
You are a substantive employee with a minimum of 12 months service, and you intend to remain with your Employer for the full length of the benefit period; and
You are at least 18 years old; and
You are paid above National Minimum/Living Wage after you have sacrificed your salary
Step 1: Complete the form below if you intend to book a holiday
Step 2: Your employer will then check you are eligible and if you are, you will get an email letting you know the maximum amount you have available (after your monthly salary reductions you are not allowed to go below National Living Wage).
Step 3: When you know how much you can spend on your holiday we will email you a dedicated number to call at Hays Travel and you can arrange your holiday.
Step 4: You will then receive another email with your Holiday Salary Sacrifice Benefit Agreement that must be electronically sign.
Your holiday is not confirmed until you have signed your Benefit Agreement.
