If you have a computer under this programme and need support to set it up please connect remotely to our support centre by clicking here. We will install your 3 year security and backup software or transfer your data from an old computer.

Warranties

Important: Please read the standard warranty terms supplied with the products. You are responsible for completing and returning to the manufacturer any registration form and doing anything else needed to activate such warranty.

 

If you need to make a warranty claim during the first year please contact the manufacturer (warranty telephone numbers). If you need to make a warranty claim in years 2 or 3 please contact us on 01372 231660.

 

Please have ready the product’s serial number and your warranty registration details.

 

Accidental Damage Insurance

Computers are covered for accidental damage and water damage, and provides peace of mind for the term of the benefit.

 

Mobile Phones are covered for accidental damage, water damage, loss and theft and provides peace of mind for the term of the benefit.

 

NOTE. No other products are insured and MUST be put on your household insurance.

 

This insurance is arranged and administered by Bastion Insurance Services Ltd and underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA UK Branch (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Partners Group. Inter Partner Assistance is a Belgian firm authorised by the National Bank of Belgium and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority. For claims you should in the first instance you should  notify the claim administrators on 0345 0744828 or by emailing deviceclaims@directgroup.co.uk. as soon as possible but ideally within 48 hours of the discovery of any incident likely to give rise to a claim under this insurance. If the incident happened outside of the UK, please notify the claim administrators within 48 hours of your return to the UK;
