Eligibility

The scheme is only open to permanent employees paid through the Trust payroll.

You are eligible if you meet all the criteria below:

  • You are paid by the Trust through the Trust payroll; and
  • You are a substantive employee and you intend to remain with the Trust for the full length of the repayment period i.e. for either the next 2 or 3 years; and
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are paid above national living wage after you have reduced your salary
  • Please be aware if you are on a fixed term contract that ends before the benefit period ends the full amount outstanding will become payable from your final salary.

You are NOT eligible if:

  • You are a bank-only employee (i.e. someone who only works on the bank and does not have a permanent post as well); OR
  • You are below 18 years old
  • Your order would take your hourly salary below the National Living Wage

 

Limits

Delivery Timetable

  • Your order will be reviewed a few days after being placed. We will then notify you by email.
  • Orders will be delivered 7-10 days after your orders have been approved.
  • Deductions will commence the pay period after your order has been approved.
